I graduated with honors in Economics and Law from the University of Padua.

I have been registered at the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2014.

In 2019 I completed a Postgraduate Master’s Program in “IAS/IFRS Financial Statements and Taxation for IAS/IFRS Adopters” at Il Sole 24 ORE Business School in Rome.

I provide tax, accounting, and corporate advisory services - covering both direct and indirect taxation - to companies and national and multinational groups.

I have gained extensive experience in M&A transactions, with a particular focus on private equity deals, as well as in the preparation of valuation reports for companies and intangible assets.

I serve as an independent board member of companies listed on AIM Italy.

I also hold positions as statutory auditor and independent auditor in various industrial, commercial, and financial companies.
